I'm trying out for CA bullets in may and my goal is to get on their level 3 or 4 senior team. I have my heel stretch, bow & arrows on both legs. But i can't seem to pull my scorp/needle (i guess my back isnt flexable enough?). Also, i'm trying to get my back tuck & layout, and my hyperextened toetouch. Any advice? Thanks in advance!(:
